Subject: Making Lemonade from a Couple of Bad Lemons: How one mom is using her cancer journey to advance science

Molly Lindquist, (Stanford Class of 2000) was a stay-at-home mom raising her two young daughters when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 at the age of 32. Currently No Evidence of Disease (and hoping to "date NED" for as long as possible), Molly has taken her personal cancer journey coupled with her past work experience in finance and created a new professional passion. She founded Consano, a non-profit crowdfunding platform that enables individuals to direct their donation to specific medical research projects in a wide range of health categories from a variety of academic institutions. Molly received a 2014 Orchid Award from the Portland Business Journal and is the proud recipient of a "Best Mom in the World" mug.

Please register no later than Monday, July 28.
