They are two of four speakers in WorldOregon’s 2018 International Speaker Series at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland. They are the two middle speakers in a four-part series that starts March 20 with Lourdes “Lulu” Garcia-Navarro, NPR Sunday Weekend Edition host speaking on Reporting the News in an Age of Noise, and Masha Gessen, who teaches at Amherst College closing the series by speaking June 12 on The Future Is History - Totalitarianism and the New Russia.
