Transactional Competence

Satisfying Our Aims for Money, Work, and Career

90 Min Workshop with Kirkland Tibbels,

Co-Founder and Chairman, Influence Ecology, LLC

What is an effective transaction?

Satisfying our aims in our most important conditions of life is a function of our ability to engage and transact successfully with others.

Transactions are a fundamental aspect of human social activity.  Whether we recognize it or not, we are always engaged in some form of exchange with a great number of people and the environment at large. When asked, anyone of us would claim a fundamental understanding of transactions, yet, few can accurately diagram a transaction, the narratives at play, and more importantly, the missing elements that often cost our satisfaction.

Our ability to effectively and ethically transact in economic exchange has become critically important as we face the uncertainty and inconsistency of a dynamic global and digital economy. Over the past five years, Influence Ecology participants from around the world working in a broad range of occupations and industries, have experience an average increase in their annual income of more than 40% during the first six months of study.

Please join Kirkland for this highly valuable session. In it you will be introduced to the principal aspects of effective transaction including how to recognize what areas of your life are best suited for a more transactional approach. You will learn and be able to apply Influence Ecology’s Transactional Narrative model for the construction of effective and ethical exchange, influence, and compliance. The event promises to be educational, enlightening and entertaining.
