CEO Panel - Managing Change in an Established Cooperative

The Harvard Business School Association of Oregon invites you to a special event!

On Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 6-8pm, the Harvard Business School Association of Oregon will be hosting a CEO Panel on Managing Change in an Established Cooperative.

The panel features:
Patrick Criteser - CEO, Tillamook Cheese (a cooperative of dairy farmers)
John Kreidel - CEO, Tire Factory (independent tire dealers)
DeWhite Wallace - CEO, Johnstone Supply (a cooperative of wholesale HVAC suppliers)

All three companies are long standing cooperatives, and all three CEOs are working to implement changes to refresh their brands.  They will talk about the successes and unique challenges of implementing change with a group of independent owners/distributors.
