Brunch/Talk/Concert
Oregon Rep Singers perform Handel's "Israel in Egypt". Sunday, April 22 12-5 pm.
Brunch, Talk, Gratuity & Concert: $76 per person. Buy tickets HERE.
The Harvard and Yale Clubs invite you to have a buffet brunch at the Hotel deLuxe and hear a talk by Dr. Ethan Sperry (Harvard). We will then proceed to the First Methodist Church in Goose Hollow for a 3 pm concert by the Oregon Repertory Singers.
--
Hailed by the Oregonian for providing "the finest choir concerts in Portland in recent memory," Ethan Sperry is the Barre Stoll Director of Choral Activities at Portland State University and the artistic director and conductor of ORS. Oregon Repertory Singers concludes its 44th season with Handel's Israel in Egypt, a seldom performed oratorio that rivals Handel's Messiah in its majest and import. Orchestra, soloists, and double chorus join in this powerful retelling of the Passover story from the Old Testament. Think plagues and floods and darkness as only Handel would do it.

And you know Hotel deLuxe for its quality and excellence. The brunch buffet will satisfy a wide variety of the usual food preferences.

Reserve your spot HERE now: Seating is limited to 32 and the concert is expected to sell out.
